Sole Circle UK is a community initiative led by Rishika Bhalla, which aims to bring the sneaker community together to think holistically about their preloved sneakers, by encouraging the community to clean up and donate them to those living in shoe poverty via Shoe Aid.
By encouraging the donation of sneakers, the sneaker community is able to share the euphoric feeling of owning snazzy kicks with those individuals experiencing the daily challenges of shoe poverty. Not only this, but it extends the hand of sneaker culture out to those individuals who may not have the luxury of discovering the sneaker community otherwise.
Sole Circle UK is on a mission to encourage the younger members of our society to partake in making a difference through their passion; not only by changing lives but by also encouraging a circular economy to exist within sneaker culture, which helps to tackle the issue of sustainability.
